The product takes raw medical-device documentation (IFUs, labels, declarations of conformity, safety data sheets) and produces EUDAMED schema-valid XML ready for bulk upload to the EC's portal. Documents in, structured output that has passed pre-export checks against the EC's XSD schema and business rules out.
Sam has fifteen years building operational systems for regulated industries. Prior work includes leading marketing and operations for regulated fintech platforms, scaling product infrastructure for high-growth startups, and running a consultancy delivering automation and growth systems for B2B companies. The common thread is turning unstructured operational chaos into reliable, repeatable processes.
Current focus is the November 2026 EUDAMED legacy migration deadline. Most SME medical device manufacturers hit EUDAMED and find hundreds of structured fields, enumeration codes, and conditional dependencies they were not prepared for. EUDAPrep closes the gap between what manufacturers have on file and what EUDAMED requires.
